Template:OkamiCharacter Wali is a character in Kamui who gives Amaterasu a Wanted List. His house is immediately to the north-west of the Kamui mermaid spring. Like all Oina, he can be turned too and from his wolf form with bloom.
He consideres the misfortune that has been going on in Kamui to be his fault since he touched Kutone, the sacred sword of the Oina Tribe. However he is sadly mistaken and Issun proclaims that he has "Delusions of grandure"
