Template:Appearances Now Serving Marlin! is a side mission in Ōkami, taking place in North Ryoshima Coast. Amaterasu and Issun found a fisherman in North Ryoshima Coast, who said that the local chef, Umi, wants him to catch something special, and according to the Fisherman only one fish fits that bill: the marlin.
Walkthrough
You can find the Fisherman on a pier at a south-western island, and after a cutscene can help him with fishing, provided you have bought the Marlin Rod. The rod can be bought from a Tool Dealer in Sei'an City for 10,000 Yen. As with earlier fishing missions, you have to catch two local fish first before the target shows up. The marlin will be the toughest fish in the game, but you will eventually reel it in after three Power Slashes.
Visit Umi afterwards, in his café on the beach, and after watching him perform his Cyclone Slice, add in three lines as per the scroll on the wall to aid him. This will summon Kazegami, who will grant you the final wind Celestial Brush technique; Whirlwind. Whirlwind can be used to summon a tornado on-top of Amaterasu to repel attackers or get them caught up in it. Make sure not to forget the dishes made by Umi before you leave, as they will quickly disappear.
