Thanks for your edit to the $1 page. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules and tips:
- Please log in or create an account, as doing so will hide your IP address.
- Be nice to everyone. It's in the Template:Ow.
- Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
- Use proper grammar and spelling.
- Use Template:Ow when adding content to a page.
- Use Template:Ow to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
- If you have a question about something, be proactive. Take a look at our Template:Ow. If you're still stuck, ask for help by leaving a message on an admin's talk page.
- Spell Ōkami and Ōkamiden with an Ō instead of an O, and italicize it each time, as it is proper spelling. Just copy and paste the Ō from anywhere on the wiki! This also means to italicize every instance of it too, not just the first. Be sure to double check this each time you write the word!
- Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
- When adding to articles, write in third person (to be more simple, do not use the pronoun "you" and its derivatives; instead say "If Amaterasu" or "Amaterasu must" or in Ōkamiden, say "If Chibiterasu" or "Chibiterasu must", etc.), as if the person saying the information is a narrator. Also please restrain from breaking the fourth wall by writing words like "the player" and similar.
- Use the recent changes to track the most recent changes on the wiki, not the wiki activity, as it shows only non-minor edits, and not even all edits to all namespaces, while the recent changes shows all edits and Template:Tt. For a helpful guide to the recent changes, see Help:Recent changes.
- Administrators on Ōkami Wiki have a Template:Color username when linked to, and bureaucrats have a Template:Color username when linked to. This also applies to their usernames on the recent changes.
- In any circumstance, do not make any references to Chuggaaconroy or any other non-canon source. We need proper information, not opinions.
