Kamiki, A Century Ago is a mission in Ōkami, taking place in Kamiki Village, a hundred years in the past. After learning that Lika went through the Spirit Gate Issun and Amaterasu decided to go after her, but were unexpectedly joined by Oki.
Walkthrough[]
The Kamiki Village from a hundred years ago is entirely identical to the modern day one, including the collectibles, as well as the villagers, whose place has been taken by their ancestors. Note that this entire area is missable, as you cannot reenter the Spirit Gate when you are done in the past. As such, spend some time to find all the hidden treasure chests, clovers, and to use Bloom on the trees. Other than the Praise, the only important missable is a dog, whom belongs to Mushi's ancestor; Nazo. After exploring, head to the area behind Susano's ancestor's home to speak with Nagi, initiating a bossfight.
Nagi bossfight[]
Nagi only has three attacks, a wide sword slash, a forward thrust, and the ability to summon a set of five blades that fly towards you. The first two are relatively easy to avoid, whereas the latter can as usual be deflected back with Power Slash. This will also stun him, which is the only time when you can actually deal enough damage to wear him down, as Nagi will be immune to your Celestial Brush techniques, except for Cherry Bomb.
After his defeat comes another cutscene, after which you have to steal the sacrificial robes and 8 Purification Sake from Nami. Sneak up to her by slowly walking forwards, then take the items and sneak away again. Approach the unconscious Nagi to disguise him, after which the story continues in "To the Moon Cave!".
