Every home in Wep'keer is shut tight. For now, head north and follow a path that leads you to the upper levels of Wep'keer. After passing by a number of closed huts, you will find Samickle, the village chief, who warns you to leave the village. Turn around and head back south to leave the village. Just before exiting to Kamui, Kai will stop you and take you inside to explain everything that has happened in their village. Keep talking to Kai until she tells you to go see the elder, Kemu. Leave the hut and return to the top of the hill where you can now pass Samickle.
Once inside the hut, Kemu will start chasing you around, threatening to smack you. Just bring out your brush and hit Kemu with a Power Slash to set him straight. Keep speaking with Kemu until he asks you to find Lika and puts a mark on your map where you can find her. At this point, you are free to check out the various huts of Wep'keer to take on sidequests and purchase items.

Follow the path to the left up the long slope to reach a large gate. Next to the gate is a small hut inside which you will find Tuskle, the local shaman. Speak with Tuskle and she will tell you about the recent ongoings of Kamui, and eventually give you the Sewaprolo amulet.
With the Sewaprolo acquired, leave the base of Ezofuji and return to Wep'keer, continue south all the way back to the southern part of Kamui. Follow the marker on your map to the eastern area and you will be interrupted by a new enemy, the Bull Charger. Use Veil of Mist and move in for quick attacks to defeat the bull charger. After beating the enemy, continue east and the Sewaprolo amulet will reveal a path behind the false wall.
